Huawei Symantec CIS organized the first technical training courses for channel partners in Moscow training center during September, 2009.
There were totally 4 training courses, two for storage, with 16 participants from 13 partners; and two for Security, with 15 persons from 14 partners respectively. All the engineers come from Huawei Symantec authorized partners, including distributor/ACP. And they have rich experience at different technical areas. With the support of professional specialist from HQ, the training reached a complete success. All engineers participated in the Huawei Symantec product portfolio courses and had plenty of practice in lab environment, including installation and troubleshooting.
There were many interaction and communications during the training course. The students were satisfied with the training. After the training, all engineers passed the test and get Huawei Symantec authorized technical certification (HSCSA). Now Huawei Symantec CIS region already have powerful service ability through the local channel service team.
